Wireless Demand Control Ventilation

Talk with our experts about saving costs and meeting Net Zero goals with the IAQEye by AirTest

IAQEye is for the future

A CO2 sensor with wireless communication capabilities
Reduce expenses

Savings on energy consumption can be as high as 93%. Our wireless solution is plug and play compatible with 80% of RTUs. Measure IAQ so you can ventilate your buildings only when you need to.

Rapid payback

Wireless installation reduces labour costs by 80%. With eligible rebates and subsidies provided by government and utilities the entire cost of installation may be covered. In many cases ROI is under 1 year.

Go green

Our Wireless Demand Control Ventilation (DCV) solution is eco-friendly. Based on our average savings, we reduced greenhouse gasses by 2,311,225 metric tons over the past 10 years.

What is DCV?

Intelligent controls
Demand control ventilation (DCV) uses sensors to intelligently control the ventilation of fresh air into a controlled space based on occupation.
Fresh approach
Traditional HVAC systems use a constant air volume (CAV) to ventilate at a fixed rate which does not take into account the variable occupancy of a building.
New standard
DCV is now a requirement for new buildings in order to improve environmental performance and safety but many retrofit applications are ready to be retrofit.
Reduce energy
Ventilating at a variable rate reduces the run time of the fan motor and reduces the amount of fresh air that needs to be heated or cooled, saving energy.
Improve air quality
CO2 sensors allow for the verification of indoor air quality. Enabling the benchmarking and improvement of air quality for all occupants.
Increase comfort
Heating and cooling air only as necessary based on occupancy increases the comfort and stability of the indoor environment.
Older buildings
Save on operating costs and achieve ESG goals by retrofitting DCV to your existing building portfolio.
New builds
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards and ensure optimum environmental performance with DCV in your new project.
Parking garages
Seize a major savings opportunity in your parking garage with DCV. Stop over ventilation and improve air quality.
